Please remember that due to the hand-made nature of our products, they can't always be absolutely perfect - but we do try our very best! We'll happily refund or exchange your item if we agree that it's not satisfactory.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
